Sponsorship alleviates financial burdens due to limited educational funding. Your contribution goes directly towards team expenses, travel and equipment. Our goal is to provide ALL STUDENT ATHLETES, regardless of economic circumstances, to participate fully.

We encourage all student athletes and families to donate an item to the Silent Auction. Â

HOW TO DONATE SILENT AUCTION ITEMS
Try to keep item value over $50
Create a basket, a single item, a service, a group donation
Bring Auction Items to the Phys. Ed. Office to Leah Conforti leah.conforti@cssd.ab.ca.
Monetary donations would also be gladly accepted
An Auction Item Form must be filled out and turned in with donation
Auction Item Donation Form
When you are bringing in an Auction Item to the school, you will need to fill out this form to provide us with the information about who the donor is, how it should be listed, contact information. This will ensure that your item is presented correctly.
Donation Item Request Letter
Most businesses will require that you legitimately represent a charitable organization before they will provide you with a donated item. Please request this Solicitation letter that you can present to potential businesses to explain why we are requesting donated items. When a business donates an item to be used in our auction, please fill out the Auction Item Donation form and bring it with your item to the ND Phys. Ed Office. If you require a customized letter, or your contact wishes to sponsor the event, please contact us.
